Moss Boss Signature Services


By scheduling or using services from Moss Boss Signature Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.



1. Services Moss Boss Signature Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Service details, pricing, and scope of work will be outlined prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment. Services may include but are not limited to: Residential Cleaning Commercial Cleaning Deep Cleaning Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Disinfection & Sanitizing Services Custom Cleaning Plans



2. Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled in advance through phone or email. Contact Information Phone: 205-452-1945 Email: MossBossSignatureServices@gmail.com Moss Boss Signature Services will confirm appointment dates and times prior to service.


3. Access to Property Clients must ensure that our cleaning team has safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is not provided, the appointment may be considered a missed appointment and subject to a cancellation or service fee.


4. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods may include: Cash Credit/Debit Card Electronic Payment Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment timeframe. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.


7. Damages or Breakage Our team takes great care while cleaning your property. If accidental damage occurs during service: The issue must be reported within 24 hours Moss Boss Signature Services will review the claim and determine appropriate resolution Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage is not the responsibility of Moss Boss Signature Services.


8. Safety & Liability Clients must disclose any hazards within the property including but not limited to: Unsafe areas Hazardous materials Aggressive pets Moss Boss Signature Services reserves the right to refuse or stop service if the environment is deemed unsafe for staff.


9. Personal Belongings Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and important documents prior to service. Moss Boss Signature Services is not responsible for loss of items that were not properly secured.


10. Service Refusal Moss Boss Signature Services reserves the right to refuse service if: The environment is unsafe Conditions are unsanitary beyond the agreed scope There is harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff


11. Changes to Terms Moss Boss Signature Services reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted or provided when applicable.
